일대일 제자양육

단순한 성경공부가 아니라 인도자와 동반자가 일대일로 만나 하나님의 말씀으로 서로의 삶을 나누며 성도와의 관계를 맺음으로 동반자가 영적으로 성장하도록 도와주고, 또 다른 사람을 세우기 위해 인도자로서의 비젼을 제시해 주는 평신도가 평신도를 깨우는 훈련과정입니다.

일대일 양육의 목표

  • 새신자 양육
  • 시간이 여의치 않아 말씀훈련을 받지 못한 교인들의 맞춤형 말씀 양육
  • 말씀과 삶이 일치하는 참된 그리스도인 양육
  • 성경읽기와 큐티의 습관화

교육 과정

1단계 (연결단계)

일대일 양육에 등록하시는 분은 일대일 양육부에서 동반자의 시간과 형편에 맞는 맞춤형 인도자님과 연결해 드리는 단계입니다.

2단계 (동반자 과정-16주 과정)

인도자와 양육자가 연결이 되면 매주 1회씩 정해진 시간에 만나 “일대일 제자 양육 성경공부”교재를 가지고 말씀과 삶을 나눕니다.

3단계 (인도자 과정-8주 과정)

인도자에게 양육을 받은 동반자는또 다른 사람을 세우기 위하여 일대일 양육부에서 인도하는 인도자 훈련을 받습니다. 인도자는 교회에서 인준한 자격요건 (동반자 과정, 2:7제자양육, 제자훈련수료 필수, 전도훈련중 하나 이수)을 가진자로 평신도중에서 인도자로 인정된 분이십니다.

4단계 (양육단계)

인도자반 공부를 마치면 교회에서 일대일 인도자로 자격이 부여되고 다른 사람을 인도할수 있게 됩니다.

일대일 양육을 하는 이유

  • 성경이 일대일 양육을 권합니다.
  • 일대일로하면 집중이 잘되고 이해가 되지 않는질문을 언제든 할수 있습니다.
  • 개인적으로 깊은 교제와 기도의 제목을 서로 나누며 마음과 마음의 만남을 가능케 합니다.
  • 예수그리스도안에서 인격적인 만남을 통해 양육의 열매를 맺게 됩니다.
  • 인도자는 동반자를 섬김으로 목자의 심정을 알게 되고 신앙적으로 계속적인 성장이 일어납니다.
  • 평신도가 평신도를 깨우게 되어 하나님나라를 함께 이루어 가는 거룩한 공동체로 이루어져 갑니다.

일대일 안내

  • 매주일 교회, 다목적실의 일대일 테이블 (9:30am-12:10pm)에서 일대일 동반자 등록이 있으며, 온라인으로도 수시로 등록 신청할수 있습니다
  • 일대일 제자양육 교재는 “일대일 제자양육 성경공부” (두란노 편집)입니다.
  • 동반자 과정은 16주에 걸쳐 진행되며, 인도자 훈련은 매년 1회로, 8주에 걸쳐 진행되어집니다.
  • 인도자 기도회, 인도자 특강, 인도자 홈커밍 행사가 있습니다. 모든 행사가 마지막주 토요일에 진행되기에 인도자 기도회가 다른 행사로 대체될수 있습니다

One-to-One Discipleship Training

Do you know Jesus? Is Jesus Lord of your life? Are you walking with Jesus?

Will you learn more about your Redeemer and grow closer and deeper to Jesus by His word?

“And what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.” 2 Timothy 2:2

  • One-to-One Discipleship Ministry focuses on equipping one person in Christ and sends him/her off with Gospel to train and build up one another in Jesus Christ.
  • Training helps transform your life into experiences through Christ Jesus.
  • Your Trainer is your prayer partner, sharing, guiding, and encouraging the trainee to spiritual growth in Jesus. The face to face meeting will be more personal and will help focus on the subject. The trainer will be always open to questions.
  • Schedule (day, time, and location) is arranged together by trainer and a trainee to best suit their circumstances.
  • Training period is 16 weeks (including orientation) with each meeting around 90 minutes.
