Dear Prayer Supporters,
Our God is faithful!
After serving at an Indian church(New Jerusalem Bible Church) for three years and setting up kid’s ministry, I’m seeking for God’s next plan. During my time there, I led teacher’s training and encouraged the moms to serve their little ones. Now, the Indian parents are stepping up and taking over. I miss the Indian children already… their big eyes, smiles and our time together.
Unexpectedly, one of Korean church needed a director for 3 months(August-October) so I filled in. It was good to be with Koreans and teach the Bible to their children. Our God has blessed the Korean churches in many ways. My prayer is that they will continue to fear and seek God and His Word.
Our street evangelism is going strong. This is our recent picture. These days we are out at Lotte and singing carols and giving out tracks and invitation to Christmas services especially to Indians. Gary and Judy are my old members. So faithful! My dear friend and a sister in Christ, Judy is getting her MRI done today due to dizziness and have difficult time walking. Please pray for clear diagnosis, wisdom for doctors and healing.
This semester a team started a Good News Club at a new school, London Towne School in Centreville. 25 children attend every Monday. I help out with music. With God’s blessing before winter break, we had 10 children accepted Christ. Our God still works in a public school.
Lastly, I’m still helping out ESL at Immanuel Bible Church in Springfield. Few weeks ago, one of our student, Carmen invited us to her place. We got to eat some good home-made Hispanic food. Through ESL, I met Pastor Roberto several years ago. He has a church at his home in Burke. My sister, Sharon and I go to his place (basement) and serve the young adults once a month. We start with praise, Sharon gives a bible lesson and goes into discussion(small group) and ends with prayer. Although they are young, they are so passionate for God.
Our God is faithful… I turned 60 this month and my dear friends celebrated this day with great food and wonderful fellowship.
Thank you, Sisters!
